the location was acceptable with easy access to public transport.
the room was not that clean i found rogue hairs in the bathroom. the walls seemed thin and i clearly heard neighbors. the bed was also too hard for my taste i did not sleep well.

the room was spacious and clean i found complimentary water and coffee provided daily it was a nice touch i also appreciated the option to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out this service greatly enhanced my travel flexibility.
the room faced an internal courtyard that lacked natural light i felt somewhat confined without a proper outdoor view i think brighter rooms would significantly improve the atmosphere.

the hotel features good soundproof windows i did not hear external noise the room also included an iron and a kettle for making tea or coffee which was convenient for quick refreshments.

the hotel is a short walk from the arc de triomf it took me about eight minutes i noticed a bakery and a couple of supermarkets just across the street this proximity made getting essentials very easy.

the breakfast had a big assortment of options the variety included both hot and cold items i observed the staff constantly refreshing the buffet ensuring everything was available and fresh.

The staff was helpful throughout the entire stay. It met my expectations.
The air conditioner did not function in my room. The heater seemed to operate constantly in the bathroom. Despite my complaints, I was not assigned a different room. I found this unacceptable.
